Tempe Youth Leadership Applications Due

Applications for the Tempe Youth Leadership (TYL) program are due October 25, 2026.
Tempe Youth Leadership provides youth who live or attend school within the City of Tempe with a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, build community connections, and learn from local leaders. Modeled after the Tempe Leadership program, TYL has a strong tradition of fostering collaboration, community involvement, and the development of future leaders.
Selected participants will take part in interactive issue days with community leaders and explore topics including government, public safety, fire, social services, arts, and business. Participants will also have opportunities to attend or observe community-wide activities, such as school board and city council meetings, and take part in team-building and leadership development activities.

October 25, 2026: Applications due
October 27–28, 2026: In-person introductions for applicants selected to move forward
